themselves in a fun, casual and visually inviting atmosphere.

Cantina, from the Spanish language, particularly as it has been used in Mexico, refers to a place that is a bar or a saloon. Today in the US it is generally taken to mean a tavern with a Southwestern or Mexican motif that serves traditional Mexican alcoholic drinks. In rural Mexico, a cantina was a specific kind of bar normally frequented only by males for the purpose of imbibing alcohol and partaking of botanas (appetizers/snacks). Some cantinas are also known for being places where people gather to play dominoes, cards or other table games.

At Lupe Cantina we seek to be more inviting to both sexes. However, we do carry the many of those things commonly known to be traditionally found in a Mexican cantina, but with a modern twist.
